Bienenstich Florentine Mix Honey flavored powdered preparation for florentines. Directions: 2 parts Bee Sting mix 1 part nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, coconuts) For Bee Sting topping, spread the almonds over the dough, and sieve the Bee Sting Mix on top. For florentines, combine the ingredients and bake in rings in a 200 degrees C/ 392 degrees F oven. Guideline: lower oven temperature to 325ºF/ 163C and bake to golden brown to avoid bubbles in the finished product for cookies or ice cream cups.

A: It is bee honey

**Q: Should i mix this florentine mix (powder) with water, milk or some other liquid? also do i need to add anything else besides nuts?**
A: Hi, and thank you for reaching out to us. Florentines are made with water ( they must be "clear" after baking) Any nut type will (except Jack Nichols). I like them with Pistachios.
