When done correctly, this is the most comfortable compression garment that I have post op. I have other Marena bras as well, but this is my favorite. It holds my newly purchased breasts in place like my plastic surgeon wants while offering me the most comfort. The material that it is crafted from offers antimicrobial protection which is a really important part of healing from surgery.
