Cheesecloth, 2 Sq. Yards

I bought this to strain my oil from my deep fryer. This is what my grandmother and mother did when I was little. Oil is expensive and you can use it a lot longer if you strain it. It doesn't take a lot to do it so this should last me quite awhile.

This is just like mom's. These days it's hard to find a product that is exactly what it's suppose to be (you'd think cheesecloth is cheesecloth). If your looking for the stuff that you remember as a kid, this is it. And there's lots of it.

This cheesecloth worked great! It was a fine mesh and worked well at straining out liquid while catching any impurities from the sap we boiling. Helped to make clear fancy maple syrup.

I have made ricotta cheese with using this cheese cloth and it worked very well each time. Shipped quickly and is well worth the cost-savings over more expensive options.
