The product has been installed and commissioned incl. the demo of first run by LG on the same day, as the automatic trigger process of Amazon well coordinated with LG in advance and arranged for timely response. The price is lovely and the product is fantastic. LG technician supported well to arrange for 3 meter inlet hose pipe instantly, as the standard supply is only of 1 meter length. Of course we paid for the same. The LG technician explained about all the capabilities and operational aspects. It is very difficult to notice that the washing machine is in operation while using Normal and Strong (Jeans) modes! The wash quality and drying is very good. We are more than happy to share our joy despite a small hiccup we faced while interacting with the customer care representative who was not supportive. It took 45 minutes to conduct one wash, rinse and spin cycle together. We can sleep well when the washing machine is in operation very silently. Its high speed motor and smart fuzzy operation takes care of high quality wash in no time. I faced low water flow to the machine and got irritated. During the installation LG technician didn’t explain much and also didn’t check the water pressure. I raised a complaint with Amazon to replace the machine or to refund but LG team sent anothe experienced technician and he advised to change the tap/ valve. I did change and the WM works very smoothly. No noise and very compact for small or even bigger house. Blindly go for it.. worth buying at less price. I exchanged my 12 yr old IFB WM for 1700 and paid only 16K.
