Very awesome product. Very sturdy and strong. It will attach to a stick. This product is only tool. You need to attach it to the stick ( available in wood and aluminium and adjustable types also) But in moist and wet soil it will catch grass and soil and become a ball. So you need to keep cleaning it. You need to put some force or effort and push the tool, the forks in the front wil loosen the soil and grass and then the horizontal metal bars will push and lift the grass and the soil . You need to do 3 or 4 times. It wil remove the small wild grass and weeds. I use it in my farmhouse. It is not so heavy. But adults must use it. Kids cannot handle the weight and force. And need to do it in straight lines. The forks are very sharp.

Doubles as soil crumbler and weeder. I use mainly as a weeder. Excellent for short weeds with push pull action. For long weeds use blades only in pull action, wheel weight will aid blade to go deeper. Long weeds will roll up in the wheel when used in push pull action for weeding.

So, this piece is a little costly, which makes one wonder whether to buy it or not. At first, I cursed myself as I could not figure out how the damn thing worked. I thought that the rollers did the weeding, given the snarly teeth and all. After 2-3 days of use, I figured out that it is the hatchet's job. Post that, deweeding the garden was a breeze. It worked really well for me in Bangalore soil. Would get a bit messy with wet soil, but if you use it before watering the garden, should work like a charm.
