Buy Biochem 100% Whey Isolate Protein - Chocolate - 30.9 oz - Pre & Post Workout - Meal Replacement - Keto-Friendly - 20g of Protein - Easily Digestible - Refreshing Taste - Easy to Mix on desertcart.com โ FREE SHIPPING on qualified orders Review: A tasty, simple, digestible, and convenient source of clean protein - I've tried dozens of protein powders over the years, and while some have been tolerable none really work well. I can't have soy due to hormonal issues, have trouble digesting pea protein and the like, even a small amount of stevia or another sugar substitute tastes absolutely horrible to me, and hauling out a blender and finding a plug in the tiny counter space in my apartment kitchen is way too much trouble. So I was pleased to find this shake. Biochem's whey is easy on my stomach, the mix leaves no aftertaste, and 6 grams of cane sugar is fine for me when 'buffered' by 15 grams of protein. It dissolves easily when shaken up in a 16 ounce jar and tastes fine mixed with water, but I find it dissolves more easily and is more filling mixed with whole milk and even faster with some cream thrown in, which is perfect for the relatively high fat , high protein, low carb diet that helped me lose 40 pounds (a lot of weight for a 5'3" girl) and keeps it off with little effort. I sometimes use this as an effortless breakfast substitute or at bedtime when I realize I haven't eaten enough to keep me from getting ravenous in the middle of the night, but most often it fills the nutrient gap at dinner, generally accompanied by a vegetable-based soup (I'm on a ginger/butternut squash kick right now), bagged chopped salad, the occasional complex carb, and a pile of the organic blueberries I've become addicted to and are usually on sale at Whole Foods, when I'm too lazy to prepare something proteinaceous that requires actual effort In short, I recommend the Biochem protein shake, whether as a supplement to a regular diet or a meal replacement if straight protein is what floats your boat. I wish it were cheaper, but it's worth a little more money to have something on the shelf that I'll actually use instead of the usual unappealing products. Review: Like a healthy chocolate milkshake! - In an effort to become healthier my husband and I decided to start drinking protein shakes to supplement our workouts. I have tried multiple protein powders over the years and only found a couple that I didn't have to suffer through drinking. We were at whole foods and they were giving out samples of this brand and it tasted so good and had high quality ingredients we bought a small container that day. After replicating the tasty shakes at home, I looked on desertcart and ordered this larger container as the price was better. I've been drinking this almost daily for months and have yet to get sick of it. I actually look forward to to my morning shake. I mix it with almond milk, peanut butter powder, banana, mct oil and a little ice. I find it very filling and sometimes I drink a second one for lunch. I have been losing weight and gaining muscle when combining this with working out and overall improved eating. I love this powder and have stopped my protein powder search!

Smooth and Tasty
Blends more smoothly than most other protein powders I've tried. Also tastes much better. I'll be sticking with this brand unless they change their formula in the future in order to make a few more cents per batch, which I've had happen with other powders in the past. One of the things I like the most is that the measuring cup is accurate. Instead of saying two heaping scoops, they just say two scoops. I know it's petty, but the heaping scoop thing always bothered me with other powders. Like, how heaping? I mean, this stuff is expensive. I need more accurate measurements so I know I'm getting the most out of my protein. Anyway, great product. Worth your money.

Great protein drink. Tastes great. No stomach discomfort.
I am a senior citizen, but workout in the gym daily. To maintain muscle, a product like this is excellent. It has all the protein necessary to build muscle. After a workout I make a smoothie. It takes great. Not too many calories. One thing I noted is that I feel better after drinking the smoothie. My appetite is curbed. I feel full but with no stomach discomfort. A con is that it is a bit pricey.

Healthy and tastes amazing
I live on Protein shakes, often 2 meals a day. I love the chocolate. This is the first time trying this brand and it has my vote. It is filling, has very few calories, and amazing made in the bender with a little almond milk, ice, and expresso powder. When adding fruit I go for the vanilla. Great price. I pay the same for a small can when I looked for it at the Health stores.. Making another purchase today. And having the Whey option is great, especially for those who have to be mindful of non-whey mixes due to interactions with estrogen.

A good source of protein that doesn't upset my stomach.
This is part of my morning routine as I add a scoop of it to my coffee. I love the addition of quality protein to my hot caffeine wake up drink. It is also a good addition around 3 pm when there is a natural drop in energy. This is one brand of protein that doesn't upset my stomach. Many of the other brands do so I am thrilled to have one that doesn't give me grief. The trick to using it is to blend it with a small amount of liquid and then once well blended fill up the cup/glass the rest of the way with your liquid of choice. This really helps get the powder mixed in and keeps you from having to chew your beverage. If you have trouble getting your protein goals met on daily basis this product can really help. If you find the taste of stevia too sweet add a little unsweetened baking cocoa and you will have rich chocolate drink that is less sweet tasting. This is what I do in my morning coffee along with soluble fiber.

Unfortunately the flavor was mislabeled
My wife and I have used this product before and when we decided to start exercising again we wanted to use this because we already knew we liked it. The chocolate is the flavor we prefer because we use frozen berries in our smoothies and chocolate helps cut the tartness. We received the container and everything was as we remembered except someone had stuck a chocolate label on a container of vanilla so we got the wrong flavor.

... take that I wouldn't have to worry about had unnecessary addatives or dyes
I weight train and take protein regularly but when i found out I was pregnant I wanted a healthier more pure protein that was safer to take that I wouldn't have to worry about had unnecessary addatives or dyes, and this was recommended to me by a local health food store (Of course it was about $20 cheaper on Amazon). Considering how natural it is, the taste is wonderful and I find it mixes a little easier even than my old BSN protein. Its a great option if you're trying to be more conscious about the ingredients in your protein powder.
