Dansko Women's Oksana Flat

I really love these shoes! From the moment I put them on they were comfortable. No breaking in was necessary. I like them so much I bought another pair. I have diabetes and have to be very choosy which shoes I wear. These have arch supports, heel cushions, and the sole is soft without looking frumpy. I normally wear size 7 1/2 so I bought the size 38 and they fit perfectly. They might be a bit big if you wear very thin socks, but I wear medium thick socks and it's just right for me. They are a bit pricey, but very well made, and worth every penny in my opinion.

I should've known better but these shoes didn't work for my long, narrow, very fine boned feet. I was hoping for some "trade show shoes" that I could wear during the annual convention organized by my work. After a week of walking around on hard concrete floors in a massive convention center you learn to bring comfortable shoes! I think these shoes are sort of matronly but comfortable never equals trendy and cute. Anyway, they would've more suitable for an average width foot with average to low arches. There just wasn't enough support for my long arches and they were too loose around my thin, fine-boned forefoot and toes. Sizing seemed accurate, I am usually an 8, occasionally sizing down to a 7.5 when an 8 is too wide and loose and the 38 was the right length. Anyway I sent them back figuring that for the money I could probably take a gamble to find something that fit better.

I dislike most shoes, choosing to wear clogs or sandals most of the time. However, sometimes one needs a dressier women's shoe for special occasions -- unfortunately, such shoes are all so unbearably uncomfortable with pointy toes (who has toes like that?) and too-high heels, and little arch support. However, these Dansko Oksana Black Nappa shoes fit the bill for me. They fit like many of the more-casual shoes, with a roomy toe box, low heels, and nice interior support, and they look dressy. Nice.

I wear inserts and have various styles of danskos which can save hurting feet and backs. I am a size 40 which gives me that famous dansko slip with my inserts in. I had to take out the removable insert to get mine in, but over time as the leather stretches that might change. These run larger then expected, but with a Dr schaols liner it is prefect. I wore them all day the first day and my heels just started getting rubbed at the end of the day. the heal is much more narrow then the normal clogs. For me, that is a win on a 1st day wear for shoes. Here is why it is worth messing with fillers or inserts…? These are super cute with pants and skirts if you need a comfortable walking shoe for work. I can walk a mile at work between buildings and these are great, without looking clunky like other danskos. You don't see it clearly, but the back has that patent leather as well which adds a touch of sophistication. If you need a pair of shoes that is practical and business like, these are it. Be prepared for them to run 1/2 size larger… and have a more narrow heel then is usual for this shoe.

Loved the way they look, but the sizing didn't work for me. 37 was way too big and 36 was just too short by the toes.

This is the first pair of flats I've owned that doesn't hurt my feet after wearing them for a full day of work. I am even able to wear them for consecutive days without my feet hurting. I have several other pairs of Danskos, but this is the first that's a flat. While its arch support isn't quite as strong as my other Danskos, the support far exceeds all other flats I've worn. I'm a size 7.5 shoe, and the size 38 fits me perfectly in both the traditional Dansko styles as well as the flats. They look great with slacks as well as skirts/dresses.

I loved the look of this shoe, but they were simply too big. Even with thick socks. I returned them.

I liked the way these shoes looked online and went to purchase them through Dansko and they were sold out of my size. So I did a Google search and found them on amazon, should always look here first! The shoes are comfortable and can be worn dressy or casual. They have flexibility which is different than the clogs! Great shoe.
