I love Amish popcorn but this salt not as much. It has very very fine grains, and therefore it sprinkles out extremely quickly and heavily. You can easily over salt your popcorn. The flavor is good, but I recommend using this sparingly.

Taste not as strong as I was thinking it would be. I like a little bit stronger flavor, This one is mild to me, rebuying? No.

Avoid this so-called "natural" butter salt if you monitor your blood sugar. I was shocked to discover that this salt spiked my blood sugar. Despite the claims, it contains a high amount of Maltodextrin (second ingredient), which has a glycemic index higher than table sugar. The manufacturer conveniently (intentionally) hides the ingredient list until after you’ve purchased this non-returnable item, and now I know why: the second ingredient is Maltodextrin. This butter salt is essentially a yellow-dyed salt with absolutely no butter flavor—but may produce a massive glucose spike, particularly if you're diabetic or insulin resistant. "Slick" marketing, but a terrible product. With a Glycemic Index (GI) between 85 and 105+, Maltodextrin hits the bloodstream faster than pure sugar and some sources even cite it as high as 110-136, compared to table sugar (around 65) or glucose (100). This indicates that it raises blood sugar levels much faster, and to a greater extent than many other carbohydrates! Bottom line: if you are diabetic or insulin-resistant—stay away. Beyond the health risks, the product itself is underwhelming—it’s simply extremely salty salt, dyed yellow to psychologically trick your brain into thinking it tastes like butter. Save your money and your health—avoid the chemical factory and use two ingredients for your popcorn: butter and salt (fine-ground).

Its taste is okay but certainly is no substitute for separate components ( butter and salt.) I'd say we were disappointed. We use an AIR Popper ( no oil ). When the 3 minutes are up , popcorn is popped, we then add some melted butter, then the salt we add sticks better to each piece.

A nice quality corns puff up well works well with my hot air popcorn maker. Popcorn is popcorn when it's popped it's the toppings that makes it i.e. butter, salt,sugar,honey, maple syrup ect ect ect

Useless product. Does not stick to popcorn whatsoever. You get your popcorn in a bowl, pour loads of this on and give the popcorn a good shake abd use your hands to mix aswell etc and you just end up with all the salt at the bottom of the bowl with none of it having stuck to the popcorn. I am unable to return this as when I try it says 'this item is not eligible for return.' Not happy.
