I thought this was fresh food2) I don't know how half of a frozen avocado counts as a "California Chicken burger"3) no returns: I'm out a couple of hundred dollars for crap I'm not going to eat4) Did I mention that they are just frozen dinners?Seriously, my advice: buy some healthy choice dinners from your grocery store. I purchased these meals to help me relearn portion control and eat healthier. I used to order My Fit Foods and it worked great until the stores shutdown. There are not many prepared healthy food alternatives that were similar to my fit foods - and I live in a bit city! I am too busy to prepare meals for myself and the few healthy options at fast food restaurants got old fast. I found this plan on Amazon and not a lot of details were given. i was unsure about ordering them but decided to give them a chance. i am soo happy i did! I ordered the GF meals and the box arrived approximately in 5days. The meals were packaged in separate containers and were surrounded by ice packs and insulation. Each meal is normal, fresh, non-diety type food and delicious!! You are given a sheet that lists the order of meal to eat - 3 meals a day. Each meal container has the nutritional info and heating instructions. You do not need to supplement the meals. You just heat and eat.I had them deliver to my office and kept them in the fridge. Since I work 10 to 12 hours a day, it was easy to eat all of my meals at work. It saved me time and money.
