A: I use it for fasting to keep my potassium levels up. If you fast for long periods like 5+ days it’s much easier when you get your electrolytes i use this along with pink/epom salt

I prefer this to so called low salt products as this is a genuine salt alternative, i.e. no sodium. It has the same taste of salt which is good but is expensive.
