My neighbor brought a set of these over and they worked like a charm on getting out the stripped Phillips head (used to be) screw. Worked so well and cut the aggravation and damage down to so much that I picked up a set for myself for $11.88. Now I got my own to use or lend out when needed.On operation: One side is the drill your own new hole side. Set drill to operate right. Get you a nice new divot in the screw head. Then turn your extractor around and set drill for reverse.
