Pull Out Kitchen Waste/Recycle Soft Close Bin for 600mm Cabinet - Front Fixing Cabinets (34L + 34L)

Excellent sorting bin, easy enough to fit using the graphical instructions, good value for money, the bins are a good size and keepsthe recyclingnice and tidy separated fro general waste and glass, the sliding mechanism is smooth and it all seems quite well built, fitting the door front took some thinking before starting, so far no messy spills, easy to remove the bin bags. The soft close mechanism works perfectly.

This pull-out recycling bin has been a game-changer for keeping our kitchen counters clear and managing household waste neatly out of sight. The runner mechanism is smooth, sturdy, and the soft-close feature prevents any loud slamming. Installation inside the cupboard was straightforward with the included fixings, and the dual compartments make sorting general waste from recycling very convenient. The removable plastic bins are easy to lift out, clean, and line with standard bags. It feels very well-constructed and makes efficient use of under-counter cupboard space. Highly recommend if you want an organized, hidden waste solution!

First of all I was very impressed with the quality and build of this product when it arrived and I work in the trade. Good quality metal parts used in construction that are well machined and fit together nicely. Comes with all fixings etc. and operates smoothly with a soft close. Some reviews mention poor instructions - but it comes with an engineering drawing showing expanded view of components and really that is all you need know to fit it correctly in the cupboard. If your competency or experience is not up to understanding this then your better off getting somebody else to fit it or ask for help. Fixing the door to the front requires some measurement and marking etc. but this is standard when fitting aftermarket integrated appliances etc. Only one small problem otherwise would have given it 5 stars - If your counter over hangs the base units by more than 4cm or so you may not be able to get the plastic bins fully out of the draw as they will foul against the counter when lifted. Not really an issue for me as always use bags and they are easy enough to clean when left in the drawer.

I am very pleased with these bins, as they provide a large volume of waste storage and allow your cupboard door to be fixed directly to the pull out unit, meaning as you open the door the bin also slide out. The soft close mechanism works well. A couple of things to note: - there is a fair bit of assembly and the instructions are poor. - there is virtually no adjustment in the mechanism that fixes the door to the pull out unit, so in my case I had to put packers in to allow the door to close properly (this may have been an issue with my kitchen).

Very good bit of kit, easy enough to fit. Could do with a few more mm of adjustment on the door alignment, but forces you to measure very accurately, so perhaps no bad thing! Only real gripe, is that where the handles on each individual bin go through the plastic, they poke out just enough to tear the bin liner, as you take it out. Simple solution is to empty the bin more regularly, so the bin bag is less full, so it doesn't get pushed against these protrusions. Plastic "lid" could be a bit stronger. Use it as a shelf to put the bin liners on, and just their weight makes it sag. Apart from that very happy. Mine is fitted inside an ikea 600mm w base unit, and there is just enough clearance to miss the "lillviken" waste trap mounted under a "Hallviken" 1.5 bowl sink.

Great idea in principle but in reality the manufacturer needs to greatly improve the assembly and installation instructions and also take into account that not all cupboard doors are the same design and thickness. I suggest some kind of multi-variant template be included that can be used to position the frame in the correct spot in the cupboard? This was difficult to install.

We used to have two bulky bins in the kitchen for recycling and normal waste. They were always awkward and the foot-pedal mechanism often broke. This pull-out bin solution solve both problems. It was easy to install with the cupboard door attached to it, so it all pulls out together. The mechanism is very smooth, with an excellent soft-close function. The bins are now located right where most of the waste is generated, which is great. The bins are big enough for two or three days of waste, before requiring emptying. We couldn’t be happier.

Fitted nicely and relatively easily in my 600mm cupboard space. The one rail has started grumbling a little, especially when loaded with rubbish, as though it needs some more grease. But I can't really mark it down for that. Would buy again or recommend.
