This cable feels sturdy and works flawlessly. I have both, the Series 1 and 3, and both charge at their respective speeds (2A and 3A). The braiding feels a bit cheap, but overall it's made pretty well. Data transfer is also pretty reliable, it doesn't stop if the cable is jiggled. Also, unlike some cables, it works properly with devices from the 2000s and 2010s that use this connector, even when using special modes like fastboot/recovery-even on Symbian devices). Just wish the connectors were a bit less tight. Also comes with a strap, which is always a plus.

It came like this... without a secure packaging. One could have easily taken out the original product, and replaced it with a sub-standard one. Someone could have easily removed the cello tape, replaced the original cable with a duplicate one, and put on a new cello tape. But, I must mention here, by the look and feel, I can confirm, I received a genuine product. Coming to the product, it is a good quality cable. But since it is a braided cable, it feels a bit rigid. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase.
