They are very high quality and provide great resistance. However, I am only giving it 3 stars because they are not universal for all exercises. Unable to wrap around shoes/ankles/hands because they are too thick. I ended up having to buy the elastic bands for those types of exercises. However, they're excellent for any thigh resistant exercises because they will not roll up or down, they stay very secure. I use the elastic bands and these thicker ones for my workouts.
