I also have to dress nicely, but it’s hard to find cute shoes that aren’t heels. I normally can’t stand heels because they hurt my feet, but I bought these after reading reviews. I suspect that some people might not be on their feet as much as they say or maybe I’m just sensitive, but these had my feet aching about 4 hours into my shift. Granted, that’s pretty good for me- heels usually start hurting nearly immediately. I wore them with an insole for added padding and that probably helped too. Per the reviews, the extra heel padding does actually make a difference. I didn’t have any blisters or rubbing, just aching at my pressure points. The toe box is slightly narrow for me so my big toes felt pinched, but I think that’s not a problem everyone has. I wasn’t in horrible pain by the end of my shift, but I was very eager to take them off when I got home. So basically: I still think they’re adorable and I will absolutely wear them again, but maybe not to work or not as often as I planned. They are true to size, I got an 8 (my size) and they fit great. They are more comfortable than most heels, but they aren’t a miracle or anything.
