Gels are pure, no added stuff, easy to swallow. They seem to be absorbed properly!

I use these for my face. After wiping down with my witch hazel wipes, I puncture a hole in one of the capsules, spread the solution on my fingers and spread it on my face. The vitamin E oil from the capsules is moisturizes dry areas and supports, especially at night.

Vitamin E is a great supplement to take and I was thrilled to find these at this price point. They are a good size and easy to swallow and do the body and skin good! I would definitely recommend them at this price!
