Don't know if it's original. However, didn't last long.

What is the battery replacement number for this watch?

The info supplied with it says it's an SR626SW, expected to last two years. Crosses to Energizer 377/376 1.55 V silver oxide. Mine is almost two years old and still on the original battery. Good watch.
