As a mom of three young children—two of whom are neurodivergent—I'm always on the lookout for tools that support sensory needs and help with focus, regulation, and posture. This Trideer Wobble Cushion has been a great addition to our home. Compared to a similar balance disc I purchased from another brand, this one is noticeably higher in quality. The material feels thicker and more durable, and the included pump makes inflation quick and easy. My younger child uses it during physical therapy to help with core strength and posture correction, and it’s already making a difference. It’s also become part of our sensory toolkit for helping with movement needs at home—especially for my sensory-seeking kiddos. Even I use it for my own home workouts as part of my core and balance routine, and I find it surprisingly effective and comfortable. We were advised to get this balance cushion by our online massage therapist who helps guide us with our baby’s physical development, and it has been a great recommendation. This cushion is very helpful for teaching balance and stability from the very beginning of independent walking. The textured surface provides gentle sensory input and helps support proper foot development and body awareness. The firmness is easy to adjust depending on your needs. The quality is excellent – the material feels durable, it holds air well, and does not deflate over time. The color is very pleasant and looks great in our space. Most importantly, our daughter really enjoys using it, so the exercises feel easy and playful.

I bought this to use with my perpetually wiggling kiddo. We homeschool and do most of our work at the kitchen table. We both like the way it feels as a cushion to sit on. When he uses it, there is less distracting fidgeting above the table. I find it helpful for myself as an adult with lower back pain. But one drawback is when he uses it on the kitchen chair, his legs are a bit too high to fit under the table. I hadn’t considered this possibility and it definitely limits its uses for him. If he was sitting in an adjustable chair or a lower chair, it would work better. We still use it on the floor or couch for balance work or stretching. I am pleased with the quality and thickness of the cushion.

Has done wonders for helping my child sit at the dinner table! Great for ADHD and those who get up out of their chair frequently. Allows them to fidget and balance their core without being disruptive. Worth the money! Also very sturdy as my kids often pull it off the chair and jump on it or balance on it and it’s still in 1 piece. Easy to inflate and has 2 sides for different pressure/stimulation.

I bought this for exercise purposes so my exploration is still a work in progress but overall it does feel sturdy as far as not feeling like it’s going to burst when I step sit or kneel on it. I do like it best for sitting on the floor when I want to cuddle my elderly dog who can’t climb onto the couch anymore and doesn’t like to be lifted. It provides a nice cushion for me to sit beside her while watching tv and give her cuddles. Some people mentioned they didn’t like the texture but I don’t notice the softer bumps. The harder numbs provide a nice foot massage if I just set it on the floor and rest my feet on it while I sit on the couch. These are the other uses besides exercise I’ve found that I like about it. For standing balance exercises I recommend starting next a place where you can have something to hold onto like a counter. It takes awhile to find the right level of inflation not too much or too little. I have also found it useful for some kneeling yoga poses like bird dog. Overall I’m satisfied with this and will get rid of my bulky exercise ball for this which doesn’t take up space.

OK, but my granddaughter quit using it after a short time. It was cool at first and then it wasn’t no more.

Product is good. But didnt recieve the pin to inflate with the pump. Gotta buy it separately.

ソファでバランスクッションでも、背中に当てても良い感じです。 使い勝手は気に入りました。

オフィスで使用しています。 使いはじめて二日目、脇腹辺りの筋肉の痛みが…そうです筋肉痛です。 腰肉が日に日にましになっていきます。 最近は運動をサボっていたのに(笑)
