I think it’s good up 500F 260 c I use mine for sourdough & regularly pre heat it in the oven to 300’c - the key is to never put a cold stone in a hot oven **Q: Can you use baking paper on it?** A: Yes you can, I do when I bake my sourdough bread. I just cut an oval from a baking paper and move the dough to the paper and then on the stone.
