Yesterday was my first day taking the Chelated Magnesium, and I'm amazed because I used to wake up at 3:00 am to go to the bathroom, and lately it was very hard to sleep again, but last night I slept so well, and I didn't wake up until 5:30 with my alarm. I have very high expectations for this product. I've been a Solgar customer for years now, and I just love it!

I was told that magnesium is good for restless legs, and that she laid is the best form of magnesium, so I got it. Restless legs is a complex sleep is disorder and it’s hard to tell what’s really working and what isn’t working, but this magnesium I think is a good component of helping keep the restless legs away.

I love the Solgar brand but since they’ve been bought out it seem the availability had decreased and the price increased. I would be disappointed to see this brand go ad it’s been my preferred vitamin and mineral go to brand.

This is an excellent product with Magnesium Glycinate, which I've been using for at least two years. It's much easier for my body to absorb, with no adverse side effects that can result from other types of magnesium. I'm able to take two full doses of 400 mg a day. It helps me sleep and has made muscle cramps rare, which were once common. I expect to continue its use indefinitely.
