I’m not the pill taking kind of person and I don’t like chewing gummies either so I put all my gummies in hot water and melt them down into a hot tea and drink it. It is sooooo good. Sometimes I put ice on it and drink it as a cold ice tea and it’s really good

Good pineapple taste. Really enjoy taking everyday. Only issue is some jars have gummies that are on the harder side. Haven’t found them each consistent yet but I do think these are very food
