I definitely notice a difference with the curcumin phytosome, though. I have a number of health issues and thought I'd try it after reading great things about curcumin. I wasn't sure exactly what to expect, but I noticed my neck and back pain were significantly reduced while taking it, also relieving my headaches and general head/back tension. I was skeptical about the results at first, since there are so many variables it can be hard to pinpoint exactly what causes what. So I tried going on and off of it for about a week at a time, and like clockwork my pain recurs and subsides whenever I stop and start taking the supplement. I'm fairly confident that my improvement is correlated to the curcumin. I did notice that my asthma symptoms and allergies are somewhat worse while on this supplement, but it's not terrible. Everything I read says it's supposed to help asthma/allergies, but I think everyone is a little different. I'll gladly take the asthma/allergies in exchange for being pain-free in my neck and back.
