Having used Keurig for longer then I can remember, but having a new Keurig single serve coffee maker break after 6 months I decided to switch and try Ninja. No regrets. It is nice and thin, though taller then I expected, being in an RV size matters, so perfect in width, and while the height was unexpected, still workable and storable. Very quiet while brewing and water tank holds a surprising good amount of coffee. Like the brew speed, and type of brew options and 4 cup amount options that I didn't have before. The design also allow for adding creamer while the the coffee is being made. For me a heavy coffee drinker so far it has the value for the money paid. Also nifty build in storage for coffee grounds pod if not want K-Cup

This is a really great machine at this price point. I was looking to replace a k-cup making machine that gave out, and it did not have a reservoir. I thought I would buy this one and just use the k-cup feature, but I absolutely love how easy it is to make a single serve cup using fresh grounds- I'm not sure I can go back to k-cups! The coffee over ice is also exceptional- I have had some really sad coffee over ice and this one is rich and full of flavor. The storage feature for the adapter not in use is wonderful, and having the coffee grounds scoop hooked onto the machine is so convenient. If I had one complaint, it would be that it is a bit noisy when brewing, but I'll let that slide since the coffee tastes so good. I did purchase paper coffee filters here on Amazon for my fresh grounds and those are very helpful. This is a solid little machine that will make the coffee part of your day a little brighter!

This is perfect for my small kitchen. It does both ground and kcup coffee. If you do the ground option yes it does stop for a moment but picks right back up. Its just trying to pull water from the reservoir and then heat it. Dont think it is broken, its not....thats how it works. Perfect scooper for the ground basket. It also can use the 1 needle reusable kcups so you can brew your own coffee instead of buying kcups. No odor except the nice brew of the coffee. Not very heavy at all. Comes with scooper, the basket for ground coffee and the kcup holder. If you are using either or, the other has a compartment holder to store it at, at the bottom side of the machine (so no losing it).

I have been a loyal Keurig user since the beginning. BUT I ran into an issue with my brewer and needed to get something new. I am so glad that I tried this one! Not only can I use regular coffee, it brews the pods too! The coffee has actually tasted better too. The best feature that I have found is the machine ran out of water. I got the warning and filled the tank up. My cup of coffee wasn't finished brewing. Once the tank was filled and put back on the machine, it finished brewing my cup of coffee. I love this brewer!

I’ve had nothing but Keurigs before this purchase. The old Keurig died, and when buying the new one thought the prices were too high. Looked at other brands, have used and like my Ninja fryer and blender. Bought this one. It works, the coffee seems hotter than Keurig. Brew speed about the same. So far so good. The less good aspects are the water tank is small and not the most convenient spot. Subjectively it does not look “right” in my kitchen. It seems out of place. Maybe I’m just used to seeing the old Keurig, but it does look out of place. Probably means I need to do a 40,000 kitchen update to match this coffee maker.
