Product Description Bodyblade rapidly changes directions at a rhythm of 4.5 cycles per second, which translates to your body reacting 270 times per minute to resist the forces of the blade moving back and forth. What this means is that your body becomes the machine and the Bodyblade becomes your exercise partner. The harder you push and pull on the blade, the greater the oscillation or flex in the blade, which requires greater force output from you to neutralize the speed and movement of the blade. You have to start, stop and change directions of your own body while controlling your mass. This wonderful equalizer automatically adjusts to each one of us. Review: Bodyblade - This Is Hard Work! - Fantastic! I dislocated my shoulder 20+ years ago and I have tried physio, massage, ice-packs, steroid injections, chiropractor but this light weight piece of equipment has worked wonders. Just 4 different moves of 8-secs every am/pm, and two weeks later my shoulder is the best it's felt in years. I also do a 15-min workout of squats, leg raises, sit-ups, balancing etc holding each move for 20-secs and within 4 to 5-mins I'm slightly out of breath and I can feel my body temp has risen, as all the tiny connecting muscles are being used to balance, and all these muscles need extra oxygen. I've been doing Tae Bo for nearly 20-years and Insanity for 2 - the Bodyblade is a brilliant addition for those times I get in from work late and really can't be bothered with a high impact work out or I'm sore from TB or Insanity, when I want a short intense work-out that won't hurt my knees. It's intense, hard work and brilliant. Highly recommend.

The most amazing piece of fitness equipment you can get! The Bodyblade delivers a great workout as promised and the results show almost immediately, increase in stamina and core muscles firming up before my eyes! So simple to use and with each exercise position lasting one minute you can create a great all over workout that can be short and sweet or full and intensive. I also love this because it is so slim and compact you can leave it around, pick it up and use it whenever you feel like it. Wish I had had one thirty years ago!

Fantastic! I dislocated my shoulder 20+ years ago and I have tried physio, massage, ice-packs, steroid injections, chiropractor but this light weight piece of equipment has worked wonders. Just 4 different moves of 8-secs every am/pm, and two weeks later my shoulder is the best it's felt in years.
