The call quality is excellent and the ANC does a good job reducing background noise so I can hear the conversation much better and everyone I've talked to has said my voice comes through clearly, even with noise around me. The headset is comfortable enough to wear for an entire workday. The ear cushions are soft, and the adjustable headband fits well without feeling too tight. Battery life has also been excellent. I can get through several days of meetings before needing to recharge. The headband is also made of flexible steal so it will last longer than comparable plastic ones.
