Review: Works on 2018 MT 07 - I prefer these over the stock mirrors. The positives is it gets the stock mirrors out of your way so you can lean forward on the tank while on the freeway and have more vision. Plus I do think they make the bike look more aggressive. The cons is they are a pain to install and dropping the bike knocks them out of place but that's a given with bar ends mirrors. You have to make sure they catch in the handlebar, then secure the mirror base, and finally adjust the mirror to achieve the proper angle. Many times the bar ends would spin or get loose as you tried to adjust one of the three. Once you have them set though they seem solid and as long as you don't death grip you don't feel much vibration. If you drop the bike they can come loose as the force will reset either the mirror, the base, or the bar end.
Review: These are a buy! - I have to say, i really like these mirrors especially for the attractive price. There are a couple things i really like about them, they are very solid, and well made for the low price point. The convex mirror allows for a wide angle that is very informative at a glance. I like the multiple mounting options presented, just leave things a little loose and see how the different configurations work for you. I removed the outer 3/4 sleeve and washer, and used the smaller insert to fit inside of my pro taper bars i installed on my mt07. By tightening the nut and expanding it slightly before inserting in the bar, you can set your fitment and depth, and get the insert to grab inside of the bar. I used loctite 609 retaining compound around the outside of the of the plug, and blue loctite for the bolts and set screws. I have been on two long rides since installing them and they have not come loose at all. I highly recommend these mirrors for any 7/8 bars you have. don’t overspend on high dollar brands peddling you the same quality of stuff as these bar ends.

**Q: anyone have issues lane splitting with these hitting mirrors?**
A: If the mirrors are tucked in a bit, shouldn’t be an issue.  But you’re lane splitting, so good luck.

**Q: Will this fit on a vespa gts 300?**
A: As long as the handlebars are 7/8 outer diameter, yes they should fit

**Q: I just purchased these and one fell off while riding? Do you replace them ?**
A: Wow that’s crazy mine are still on I’m sorry to here hear that to on to answer your question if I where able to recover it and the mirror is still good I would just put it back on paint it back to black but that’s just me lol I’m to cheap to spend money like that hope this helps have a great day

**Q: What size is the thread that the mirror shaft screws into?**
A: The mirror shaft isn't threaded, it has a detent toward the end that the 6mm hex set screw in the bar end clinches into place. Loosen the 6mm set screw, and the mirror shaft will slide right out. Sliding out the mirror shaft exposes the 5mm tightening screw for mounting into the handlebar. (of course, we can't have two of the same-size screws, now, can we?) I wasn't able to get mine installed (wouldn't expand enough to secure itself in the handlebar), but functionally that's how the install should operate.

The mirrors are great. One did break on instal even being very careful . They are difficult to tighten but the mirrors are great and the originals were almost 300 so the value here is great at under $30 .
