After using it you have to wipe it down with a quick detailer maybe 4-5 times to get rid of the residue. However, it does its job which is more than I can say for the other brands I bought. I tried numerous products to get them off, including claying the window. I still could not get the streaks off and was resolved to doing a polish. I then tried the Spotless and a scrub pad. With a little elbow grease, and a couple of applications in certain areas I got the streaks off.
