Efficient and easy to install, good value and good quality and fit

I've been researching light bulbs for weeks now, not realizing how much you need to know about light bulbs these days. When I was growing up,the only thing you needed was a buck and how many watts you wanted your 4 pack of GE light bulbs to be. Since I purchased my first light fixture that uses the Edison type bulbs, I had no idea what to buy when I started looking to buy bulbs for it. Had to learn about how watts are rated, how many lumens it compares to, and what color temperature I wanted my bulbs to be (what?). I needed these for my bathroom, so that was a whole other story as most Edison bulbs are for lighting effects, rather than actually lighting up a room. After learning about how new LED bulbs are rated by W, Lms, and Color, I was able to figure out what I should buy, without turning on the lights in my bathroom and having it look like the dimly lit bar down on the corner. These bulbs are more than bright enough for a bathroom, and can be dimmed if desired with a dimmer switch. I paid about $16 bucks for 6 bulbs. A great buy when compared to similar bulbs listed on Amazon. Will definitely buy again when they finally begin to die in about 30 years. Hopefully they company that makes them will still be around.

I bought these bulbs to replace some old energy-hogging incandescent bulbs around the house. They certainly look nice, and give off that familiar incandescent warm glow, at a tiny fraction of the power. In fact, I've so far reduced my lighting power consumption by over 200 watts--and I still have two more! Especially when replacing old-style incandescent bulbs, these are a direct drop-in--and people will be none the wiser! They have a nice even light that's a lot more natural than cheaper LED bulbs. While their CRI isn't the highest (80+), it's good enough so that colors don't look too pasty or harsh. These bulbs even do well outdoors--when it's cold, LEDs don't need to warm up like compact fluorescent bulbs. Unlike other LED bulbs, these "filament" style bulbs don't have any exposed electronics (if any electronics at all), so they're likely to be pretty resilient. Unfortunately, these fantastic bulbs don't have equally fantastic packaging. My first pack showed up as a box full of broken glass shards (Yes, these bulbs are really made out of glass!)--immediately returned as glass had made its way out of the box. It didn't look to be handled roughly during transit as the shipping box had no signs of rough handling. The replacement arrived intact, and I discovered why the original pack was smashed to smithereens: the plastic clamshell packs inside the box come open with no effort whatsoever. If that were to happen in transit, the bulbs would be free to loosely knock against each other and play "bumper bulbs" on the way home. For all I know, this all could've been a fluke and I just got unlucky the first time. But a bit of tape around the edges of those plastic packs would've been nice. All in all, the bulbs worked pretty well and look good both indoors and out. However, the packaging doesn't inspire a great deal of confidence.

I was replacing six 60w incandescent bulbs over the two sinks in my bathroom, three above each sink. These had good reviews, and I was just hoping for a very close match in color warmth and brightness. These 60w equivalent led bulbs didn't disappoint. The warmth was virtually identical, and they're actually quite noticably brighter than the incandescents. I'm happy with the bulbs, though after several months I now wish I'd gotten 40w equivalents rather than 60s because these are so bright, but that isn't a negative, just something to keep in mind. The picture attached shows the new LEDs on the left, and the old incandescents on the right for comparison.

Bought these for my outdoor lights on the house. They fit well and stay cool as well as they are long lasting. Perfect for where I have them.

The information on the light bulbs state they are 6 watts and 750 lumens, which is still very good at 125 lumens / watt. Even so, since we don’t have Dubai lamps in North America, this may be the most efficient light bulb we can easily get. These bulbs are 4000k light temperature, something that I have grown to prefer. I find this light temperature easy to live with for general use, reading, and watching TV. Colors can be seen properly, unlike some 2700k halogen bulbs where yellow highlighters can appear to be invisible. The light is not harsh, as some 5000k light bulbs can be. I find it is a nice middle place where this light color can be used for just about any use around the house. Since this is a filament-style LED bulb, it has a lot less electronic stuff inside of it to make it work. Thus, it doesn’t have the ugly power transformer between the socket and where the light comes out to make it look strange in a lamp. In addition and very important to me, these do not get warm like a regular LED bulb tends to. As much as I like to use energy efficiently, I do not like having electronic items in my home that smell like they are overheating, which some traditional LED bulbs have in my experience. These just work and I’m not worried about them malfunctioning. I have had a set of these bulbs for several months, some of them are in places around the house where they are on for many hours every day. So far, all six continue to work just perfectly. Because of my experience with these bulbs, I have switched my bedroom, entire first floor, and office to 4000k filament-style bulbs, as I find the light to be pleasant and the bulb design seems more safe and usable than other types of LED bulbs. Being so energy efficient, I hope these bulbs save me some money too. Pros: * 125 lumens/watt, so they are very energy efficient. * They don’t get hot or make any strange electronic sounds. * They look like old conventional incandescent bulbs. * They fit properly in lamps with lampshades. * The 4000 k light temperature is pleasant. Cons: * Perhaps a bit expensive.

These are awesome lighting, took the ones off my that would get very hot and replaced with these LED Bright and same money too

I got these for my bathroom that had a 6 watts LED bulb that was just not bright enough. These were way brighter, just what I was looking for. The daylight temperature makes it look even brighter.
