Exactly how much lead does it hold in each pipe?

Two to three leads in each pipe, but you must not overfill it or it will jam (as will any mechanical pencil).  It is a little more complicated to re-fill than most pencils, because instead of just pulling out the button or eraser at the top and inserting a lead like most pencils, with this one you have to unscrew the bottom half and pull out each tube, slip in new lead, and push the tube back into place, then re-attach the top and bottom halves.  Still, it is VERY well made and looks extremely professional, so I think the little extra complexity is well worth it!  If you get one, I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy mine.

Question 2

Is this sliding sleeve as pentel orenz, "click only once to extend the unique super sliding sleeve and keep writing until the sleeve fully retracts" ?

I'm sorry I could not meet your expectations.
This mechanical pencil is the same mechanism as the conventional mechanical pencil.
The sleeve does not slide.
There is also no automatic knock mechanism.

Does this pencil have an eraser on it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is an eraser under the push-button at the top of the pencil.  The eraser is small, for precision erasing, and is easily replaceable with commonly-available eraser refills.

Question 4

Can this pencil be bought with 3 x 0.5mm, instead of the 0.3 mm, 0.5 mm and 0.7 mm?

Unfortunately,  0.5 mm mechanical parts do not sell.
Where there is a 0.7 mm mechanism, 0.3 mm and 05 mm do not match.
for that reason,
0.5 mm x 3 specification can not be used.
