I wasn’t sure what to expect but it is surprisingly good. A light flavor, but tasty. It doesn’t taste too artificial. A great way to get some hydration and extra protein.

im on dialysis cause my kidneys hate me lol and im only 32, everytime they do bloodwork they tell me my protein levels are lower than last time orr just haven't changed and are still low. but because I also have to watch my potassium and phosphate intake as well the milky/dairy protein shakes aren't really good for me. ive tried premier protein, ensure, muscle milk, and none of them helped. I just received my orders for this product, this my 2nd one from you, I got the strawberry watermelon and the mixed berry flavors, and so far the mixed berry one is my favorite 😍 it looks like Gatorade or powered but its sooooo much better! my dietician at the dialysis center seen the bottle and said its perfect for my situation, so I definitely plan to keep on buying! hoping you'll eventually come up with some more flavors, so I can try those too, maybe just a plain watermelon would be good, but yeah anyways I just had to leave a review cause I have strong hopes this will help with my protein levels when they do my bloodwork next time. and p.s im NOT getting paid or anything to say this, I mean every single word I typed, so if u need more protein in your life, give these drinks a try! theyre also not tooo expensive, but it dont cost a little bit to be healthy unfortunately 😔 good luck to everyone who's in the same boat as me!!!

This was surgeon approved 2 weeks before my surgery and 6-8 weeks after my surgery for quick muscle recovery. The flavors I chose were grape, orange mango,berries, cherry and a flavor like bomb pops. I did notice I gained 6 pounds before my surgery. My fatness I already had 154 lbs to 165 and more now isn't helpful. My surgery was in the dead of winter and the pain was extremely excruciating, with very limited mobility. That didn't help me at all. It's been over a year and I have packed on a few more pounds, ugh, so hard to get off. But I can't totally put the blame on the drinks. I had them 2-3 times daily. The protein was helpful, filling and would purchase again if need to.

This drink is a great way to get your protein in. I usually drink vanilla protein powder. Sometimes I want a juice to go with my lunch. The bonus with this juice is the added protein I can add. It taste good and when it's very cold it is super refreshing. I don't mind the price at all and I think it's pretty good value for the money especially considering the convenience.

20 grams of protein plus electrolytes. What's not to like. Tastes much better than more expensive protein bars and shakes.
