Will this lock fit on a Yeti?

Yes. But it must be upside-down with the dials facing up. It will not lock with the lock on the bottom.

What is the difference between this lock (175lh) and 175dlh ($7 less)?

The 175LH is a brass body. The letter 'D' in the part number 175DLH means the body is die cast zinc. (it has nothing to do with the packaging)

Can you open, then roll the tumblers, then close (without setting to the combination)?

Yes. The padlock is opened by the existing combination. Once opened, the dials can be scrambled and the padlock can be re-locked. The combination will remain unchanged.
