Divya Mukta Vati, 120 tabs, are 300mg and are a mixture of herbs with names written in Hindi. I'm not familiar with the 60 tab product. I started taking Mukta Vati after seeing it on YouTube 2X a day. BP went down to the 130's. Quit taking it for a month. Had some other issues going on and wanted to verify it wasn't the Mukta Vati. Checked online for side effects. Usually stuffy nose & on some people slight knee pain. No long term negative effects like doctor prescribed allopathic meds. Even after a month of not using it my BP stayed in the lower range. It seemed to make a permanent change. I take my BP several times in 1 sitting. I like to see what the high range is whem I'm active. So I take it immediately when I sit down. Then resting 5, 10 & 15 minutes. The recommended reading is at rest for 15 minutes. So my low BP was still stayed in the 130's to even the 120's range. I started taking it again only this time 3X a week every other day & skip weekends.
