I'm very pleased with how it looks on my wall. HOWEVER, it was a difficult path getting there. The provided screws have heads that are too big to fit in the holes they need to. I contacted the company, and they clearly knew this was an issue, because they told me to look for the SECOND bag of screws in the box. But even the second bag of screws still didn't work, and by this time my husband had already put 4 anchors in our wall and there was no going back. He considered drilling out the holes, but if he screwed it up, the item would be damaged and we couldn't return it. A true conundrum. In the end, we managed to spend $10 extra to buy a whole box of the only type of screws at Home Depot that had a matching shaft width but smaller head.
