I'm writing this review after 5 months of buying this. After 1 month case wasn't charging then i claimed warranty and they gave me another earbuds. After 4 months the replaced product got same battery issue i tried to claim warranty they rejected it saying damaged product. Sound quality is poor. They claim it has metal body but build quality is poor too buds got scratches very easily. Charging is very slow. Overall this buds are overpriced and hyped. Today i brought buds from another brand I hav3 decided not to buy any product of boat!

On a full charge, The case supports fast charging, provide up to 3 hours of continuous playback for 10 mins of charging, and the charging case offers an additional 70 hours of battery life. Which is incredibly convenient for those on the go. Connectivity: This Earbuds ensuring a stable and reliable connection. Worst product was not working right side ear buds in one month replacement of order took two month in which they return empty box

I have been using boat headphones for almost five years rockers series was really good this immortalz series is the worst product that can come up with first time I ordered one and it lasted only a month despite that I thought to give boat a second chance and bought one just seven days back and now it won't charge , the service center support is also abysmal, i am not buying this brand again you shouldn't too. It's just over priced china cheap make please skip this product
