Buono prodotto ad un buon prezzo. Comodo da avere i casa quando vien voglia di fare una ricetta che richiede il tartufo nero e non è stagione o non si riesce a trovare. Discretamente profumato e saporito certo il fresco e insuperabile. In ogni caso Molto meglio di quelli pessimi in salamoia.

Los más me a gustado es la calidad y aroma es espectacular y lo que menos es que una vez que habres la lata enseguida le sale moho en par de semanas pero bueno la próxima vez las utilizare antes en general muy recomendable.

For a special treat in omeletes and stir frys adding an umami flavor that I love and the oil is good for drizzling on salads. Good flavor and great for the price I use these more than the fresh ones because they last longer.
