These vegetables a great! Quick, easy, convenient and tasty. Decent sized resealable bag. Need a quick and easy meal? Make up some stock using your preferred stock cube/pot/powder/liquid, add a scoop of these vegetables, some noodles and a protein source of your choice (chicken, beef, prawns, tofu, etc...), microwave or heat in a pan for a few minutes and BOSH! You have a yummy noodle soup! You can also add some chilli oil or flakes for a spicy kick! 😋

I originally bought this brand because it was inexpensive — my sister kept using up my other ramen vegetable mix, so I grabbed a cheaper one thinking it would be “good enough.” I was pleasantly surprised — it’s actually really good. I use it by putting my dry ramen and these vegetables in a bowl, pouring boiling water over everything, and letting it sit for about 3–5 minutes. The vegetables rehydrate well and absorb the flavor, so you end up with a hearty bowl instead of just plain noodles and broth. Great texture, good mix of veggies, and an easy way to upgrade instant ramen. I’ll definitely keep buying this.

Sooo good. At first I was worried. A lot of the dust had settled in the bag making it appear they was crushed but truly almost all of the bag is whole. I have a lot of food allergies and am always looking for easy travel meals. Super easy to pack a jar with a pho broth cube concentrate, rice noodles, few table spoons and some other seasoning and bam. Instant ramen just add hot water and give it like 20min. It smells so good and the veggies taste great and have a great texture.

Very expensive for what it is, but lovely nonetheless. Update: I’ve been incredibly itchy recently (like something I’ve never experienced before, even remembering how itchy chicken pox was as a kid, and after googling for answers I just found out that some people can get real itchy from eating undercooked shiitake mushrooms) well I just finished the pack and noticed that it lasts for about a week or two after eating a small amount of this product. I want to order more for my Raman but this is an unfortunate side effect I’ll have to deal with if I want more. Another Update after ordering more: so I’ve just googled again about this itching and shiitake mushrooms and it turns out that it can also cause digestive issues and also problems with swallowing which I’ve also been suffering from (thinking it was due to a dry throat or something). It says to cook at over 145 degrees to cure this allergic reaction, because just adding to boiling water with my Ramen isn’t cooking it enough.
