I bought these ladybug larvae in an effort to save my indoor plants from spider mites. I made them an enclosure out of an old food container and freed them over time. They would have done the job perfectly if I had ordered them earlier!

Cannot use all larva arrived dead

Amazon could care less about helping after receiving this product and NOT a single egg hatched. Tried to get this rectified 3 times by 3 different agents and all 3 agents seemed to have connection issues all of a sudden. Convenient or coincidence when asked to replace the DEAD ladybug eggs, that are in the habitat that cannot be opened to retrieve the dead eggs to send back for a refund/replacement.
