負荷を細かく段階的に調整できるので、自分のレベルに合わせて無理なく鍛えられてとても良いです。また、握り幅も調整可能なので、手が小さい方でもしっかり握り込める親切な設計だと思います。 あえてデメリットを挙げるなら、アルミ製のグリップなので慣れるまでは手のひらが結構痛くなります。マメができたり痛いのが心配な方は、最初からクッション（シリコン）付きのモデルを購入した方が良いかもしれません。モノ自体は非常に頑丈でとても良い商品です。

見た目が良く、造りのしっかりとした商品です。 使用感にも特に問題はありません。負荷も変えやすく、お勧めできます。 一つ注意が必要な点は、グリップテープは基本的に必須ですので、 同メーカーから発売されているものを同時購入が良いかと思います。 （テープなしで使うのは、ヤスリ状の棒を握って握力を鍛えるようなものです） グリップテープが別売な分、安心して使い続けられますね。
