Does the Tree Runners Go run true to size?

This style runs true to size for most customers. Size up half a size for wider feet or a roomier fit, and a full size for extra wide feet.

Our shoes offer varying levels of arch support across styles, and our insoles are removable to accommodate custom orthotics if needed. If you have a wider foot and you're a half size, we'd suggest sizing up to the next full size in everything.

Will my shoes stretch?

While our Wool collection will naturally stretch slightly over time, the Tree collection maintains its original shape. Either way, we recommend wearing them for 1-2 weeks to break in.

Are Allbirds washable?

Yes. Remove the insoles and laces then wash on wool or gentle cycle. For the best results, use your favorite gentle detergent and a delicates bag. Avoid the dryer and bleach at all costs! We recommend hand washing shoes in our Mizzle collection.

Are Allbirds waterproof?

Not quite, but our Mizzle Collection offers a few extra-special features that make them a perfect option when the weather report is less than ideal.The Wool shoes can definitely sustain a light rain and still keep your feet dry and insulated.

Very light and comfortable shoes

Have a few pairs of allbirds shoes since they are light and very comfortable. Brought on Amazon since even though the sale price was the same as the allbirds website, I got free shipping with Amazon! Have received several compliments about the shoes

Needs more cushion

I have been wearing these almost everyday for 6 months. They hold up quite well, and are exceptionally light and comfortable. The laces stay tight and tied and my feet stay dry. However, I did expect more cushion, long days my feet are more sore than wearing my Cloudfoams.

Great shoes

I love this brand. This is my second pair. I had there wool pair for 3 years!!! Nothing happened, I literally wore them during the winter/ rain any weather. Now ordered this once and they are same great quality! They perfectly fit my feet, very soft inside. This model is perfect for California weather. Thanks for simplicity and quality.

Great at first then useless two months later

Loved them for two months and then they were worn out already. Lightweight, flexible and comfortable. But only lasted two months. I only wear these shoes to go to work (mostly desk job, <2k steps a day), and maybe the occasional errands to the store. Will never buy this brand again.

Hard to get on.

They are difficult to get on because of large inner heel cushion. They fit very differently than the other AllBirds we have, the feel smaller.
