I thought this was rubbish when I first got it, I also thought the cancel didn't work! BUT then my husband showed me how he touches the cancel button and leaves his finger on it for a few seconds.. It works every time now. The toast toasts evenly and nice long slots.

This is a review for the Keenstone 4 slice touch screen toaster, it was reduced from £99.99 to £68.99 (31% discount), however there are some things buyers should know. The Keenstone web site in the USA is stll trading, but the email address on the the toaster box (info@) bounces back after a few days, there is a UK Address as well and I have found another email address, but not tested it. There is an online web form for queries, but i have not used this it yet, the QR code on the box which offers the extra years warranty uses a web site link that fails to take you to the registration site and ends up calling Temu or other advertising sites - so the 2 year warranty is not available.. The toaster that arrived with me is fine and so far currently working - however kept my old one as back up - it is working fine as at 22nd July 2025 (I received it 20th July) so it hasn't had heavy use, however I sensibly took out the 3 year extended warranty with bubble through Amazon at £12.99 - I strongly suggest you do this too. The defrost function is pretty much useless, as when the toaster is cold, it theoretically it should be perfect, however with all toasters this also depends on the thickness of the slice of the bread - it does add more seconds to the countdown timer, however if you use it again once the toaster is hot/warm, it would burn the bread so don't use it again on the next slices - I am still experimenting with that on first use. For normal pre-packed bread, Hovis Sensations - which is what I use, it will take 4 slices fine (vertical), however anything wider than that, it then becomes a 2 slice toaster - my old one has 4 seperate slots, this only has 2 slots so you need to put two pieces side by side in each slot. I will be updating the review after a few weeks and will report if the toaster has developed any faults, for £99.99 I think its too dear, but at £68.99 it is more reasonable - as to if it fails or develops a fault - I will be relying on my Bubble warranty.

Absolutely Garbage. One half didn't work after opening it and trying it. And it only seems to toast half of a slice of bread, so you end up flipping it over to toast again. Probably the worst toaster ive ever had. Avoid at all costs!

That it is a great toaster

On the surface its a good toaster but i do not think it understands what to do when you use defrost mode, it has burnt every item, every time. Looks good and does toast well but i would not have paid full price for it

I bought this as I was limited for space and as the control panel is on the front it was an ideal choice, until you get used to it go for a setting lower.

I just got it not too long ago, tried it a couple of times. The first time you'll have a burnt type smell, it's normal. And it only did it the first time I love how cute this toaster is. Very sleek, once you put the knob down, you click on the toast you want and it'll start a countdown. Up to know, I am extremely happy with this purchase and I love the colour

WOW! Finally found the perfect toaster. Works extremely well. Well made & attractive. Read & follow instructions & u won’t go wrong. Perfect size. Easy to clean. I owned a Cuisinart Stainless Steel toaster for a few years with all the bells and whistles, and it died. Tried to find a replacement and this toaster is a cadillac! Very happy with the quality, the design and the look. Toasts, defrosts and gives you how much time until your toast is done!! Very happy.
