Get your vitamin C without gas or stomach pain
So much gentler on your GI tract than other vitamin Cs. Most other higher dose vitamin C cause flatulence, stomach pain and even diarrhea. I got none of those symptoms with this gentler time released vitamin c.

Excellent Supplement that also helps with Meniere's.
I was told by my ophthalmologist that I needed to take a Vitamin C supplement and then proceeded to try several brands. I'm especially fond of the Reacta-C with Bioflav because I find it absorbs well -- and because I have Meniere's. I already take a different bioflavonoid supplement which I love, but I also like getting the extra dose of bioflavonoids for those times my allergies are out of control and the Meniere's is starting to flare. I've even noticed I'm not getting as much of the ick that's been going around, compared to those around me. As this is my second bottle, it seems I'll stick with it. If you have Meniere's I wouldn't just use this (I use both Zyrtec as well as the Nature's Life 1,000 mg Bioflavonoid supplement), but it may help along with your other routine.
