Practical and fast easy to clean

I purchased this coffee machine less than 5 months ago, and unfortunately, it has been a very disappointing experience. The machine does not perform as advertised. The coffee comes out cold, and the milk frothing function is nothing like what is shown in the advertisements. Instead of producing rich, creamy foam, the milk comes out watery with very little foam. I have only used the machine about five times because of these issues. I now have to prepare my milk separately using a handheld frother and use the machine only for the coffee, which is very frustrating considering the price I paid. I contacted the service center several times for support. They asked for AED 150 to send a technician to inspect the machine, but despite my repeated follow-ups, no one ever came. Overall, the product has not lived up to its promises, and the after-sales service has been disappointing as well. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this machine.

Le panneau de commande tactile avec pictogrammes colorés et rétro-éclairés est intuitif et agréable à utiliser.​ Seul petit bémol : Le changement d'embout entre les préparations lactées et l'eau chaude peut être un peu fastidieux au quotidien. On s'y habitue, mais une conception tout-en-un aurait été plus pratique pour enchaîner rapidement les boissons. Facilité d'utilisation : Les réglages sont vraiment simples et le groupe d'infusion amovible facilite grandement l'entretien. Même sans être un expert, on obtient rapidement des cafés dignes d'un barista.​ Rapport qualité/prix : Excellent pour une machine offrant autant de possibilités avec un système de lait automatique. C'est un investissement rentabilisé dès les premiers mois.​ Recommandation : Je recommande sans hésitation cette machine à tous les amateurs de café qui recherchent qualité, polyvalence et simplicité d'utilisation. Die Maschine ist bei uns täglich im Einsatz – und genau deshalb habe ich meine Bewertung nach rund einem Jahr Nutzung nochmals überarbeitet. Ich kann sagen: Sie hat sich im Alltag wirklich bewährt. Die Bedienung ist intuitiv und die Auswahl an Getränken wirklich praktisch – besonders Espresso und Cappuccino gelingen auf Knopfdruck konstant gut und geschmacklich überzeugend. Wir trinken hauptsächlich Kaffee und Espresso, daher passt die Maschine perfekt zu unseren Gewohnheiten. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass sowohl Kaffeebohnen als auch Kaffeepulver verwendet werden können – das bietet zusätzliche Flexibilität im Alltag. Der Kaffee schmeckt aromatisch und ausgewogen. Im Betrieb arbeitet die Maschine insgesamt angenehm leise. Lediglich beim Mahlen der Bohnen wird sie etwas lauter, was jedoch völlig normal ist und nicht weiter stört. Auch die Reinigung ist einfach und schnell erledigt, was im täglichen Gebrauch ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist die Möglichkeit, Getränke individuell anzupassen. Sowohl der Cappuccino als auch die Kaffeestärke lassen sich nach eigenen Vorlieben einstellen – das empfinde ich als besonders praktisch. Praktisch ist außerdem, dass sich die Maschine nach einer gewissen Zeit automatisch ausschaltet. Das spart Energie und ist im Alltag sehr angenehm, falls man einmal vergisst, das Gerät auszuschalten. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist mir jedoch im Alltag aufgefallen: Die Maschine prüft vor dem Start nicht immer zuverlässig, ob noch ausreichend Wasser im Tank vorhanden ist. Sollte der Wasserstand während der Zubereitung zu niedrig sein, stoppt der Vorgang. Nach dem Nachfüllen beginnt die Maschine den Prozess erneut, anstatt an der unterbrochenen Stelle fortzufahren. Dadurch kann es vorkommen, dass ein bereits teilweise zubereitetes Getränk nicht mehr optimal ist.Dieses Verhalten tritt ebenfalls bei der Verwendung von Kaffeebohnen auf. Der Milchschaum gelingt in den meisten Fällen schön cremig, auch wenn es gelegentlich kleine Schwankungen geben kann. Fazit: Eine zuverlässige und benutzerfreundliche Kaffeemaschine, die im Alltag überzeugt und für alle geeignet ist, die unkompliziert guten Kaffee zu Hause genießen möchten.

I've been wanting a coffee machine for a long time but was overwhelmed by all the brands and options available in my price range. In the end, I wanted good quality over variety of options/drinks because eventually I'll end up drinking the basic recepts. I'M VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS COFFEE MACHINE. Latte cream system was a dealbreaker for me over other competitors. The whole thing is very easy to clean and mantain. I recommend watching YT tutorial videos (Delonghi website are useful btw) in place that instruction manual (boring and long to read. Also the parts come ONLY in the first page, so you have to switch constantly to search your preferred language) Overall, I'm super happy, drinks are very Hot (another dealbreaker for me because other coffee machines tend to deliver not so hot drinks) I was curious also about the noise, acceptable in my opinion, and good size (both appropiate for a small space in general) On the Minuses: - Settings panel (2x) it can be challenging pushing here and there the 'same buttons' to get the machine to do diferent things (specially for descaling). I'd rather to have apart buttons for all. One time click and get it done. Easy Overall, I RECOMMEND THIS COFFEE MACHINE

Dopo un mese di utilizzo posso dire di esserne davvero soddisfatto. La macchina è semplice e intuitiva, macina i chicchi al momento e prepara un caffè intenso, aromatico e con una crema molto piacevole. La cosa che mi ha colpito di più è il cappuccino: con la caraffa automatica viene cremoso, ben caldo e con una schiuma soffice, praticamente quello del bar. Anche la possibilità di personalizzare le bevande è comoda, perché permette di trovare facilmente l’equilibrio giusto tra quantità e intensità. Esteticamente è bella e compatta, senza rinunciare a un funzionamento completo. Per me è stato un acquisto riuscitissimo: fa venire voglia di prepararsi un buon caffè anche a casa. Unici nei: se finiscono i chicchi la macchina non ne da avviso e prepara ugualmente la bevanda (annacquata ovviamente) e, infine, consuma davvero tanta acqua poiché fa lavaggi all'accensione, allo spegnimento e dopo la preparazione di bevande con latte. Effettivamente utile per mantenere i condotti pervi nel tempo però!
