電磁気学を勉強した後にみても非常に良く書けていると感じる一冊。初心者にも読みやすいです。早く日本語版出てほしいです。英語力に問題ない人はこれは是非買ってください。one of the bestです。

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 有り難い復刊

初等電磁気学として名著の誉れ高い本書が単位系をGaussからSIに変えて復活した。しかも章末問題の解答付きで。私のような50代のものですらSI単位系でなれてしまっているので，多くの人にとって新たに著者として加わった（Purcellは故人なのでちょっと奇妙な言い方ではあるが)Morin氏のご尽力は大変有り難いと思う。電磁気学に必要なテクニックについても物理の観点から説明され勉強になる。Cambridge大学出版から第3版として出たこと，並びにこのような大部の本になったので，おそらく日本語訳は出ないだろうというのが寂しいところである。
