Great value for the money product works as it should lightweight easy to use

Love this little shampooer. I have hardwood floors with area rugs and this works great on them. Dries super fast. Only complaint is it does leak when moving around. Fine if I remove the water tank so still giving 5stars.

I have always liked Bissell products and this one does not disappoint me. It's smaller than the previous one, but it works better. It is easy to use and you do not have to constantly clean the brushes after each use. You have to empty it more often than the larger cleaners, but I don't mind because it makes a big difference when it comes to cleaning the carpet. I also like the smaller tool for upholstering stairs or upholstery. I wish I had a before and after because this small machine does a great job!

This Hoover shampooer is great for small areas or apartment. It's very easy to use and maneuver great in tight spots, light enough not to wear you out! Great name and great results!!!

Love it!!! Does an amazing job and doesn’t leave my carpets soaking. Works perfectly on my thick large area rug. I couldn’t believe the water the first time around. Great value. The suction is out of the world, it pulled up so much dirt and hair from my pets even though I vacuumed right before. Could be a little bigger but if that’s my only complaint it’s a great purchase.

This is a great value--top quality for a low price. Everything fits together easily--no fussing to make it right as in the full size machines. Powerful cleaning, requires little effort The full size machines wore me out. This light weight one is a breeze to handle.

I finally got around to using it. It works fantastic. Fast and easy cleanup, and doesn't over soak the carpet. It made cleaning up the most used areas fast and got the coffee stain off the floor with the stuff it came with. I recommend this model, great price and product so far

This carpet cleaning machine is GREAT for its compact size. The brush cleans very well and the vacuum side does better the bigger machines. The only complaint is be VERY careful with the dirty water tank, you have to make sure it is secure other wise it will fall out and spill dirty all over your carpet. I know it happened to me twice before I discovered how to make sure it was secure.

I ordered this Hoover carpet cleaning machine and at the very first minute I turned it on I started to see fire lights inside the machine and very bad smoke smell all my electricity at home was shot down so I quickly pulled out the wire and un plugged it from electricity then all my carpet had a very bad black dust as if the machine was on fire and all the black dust came out to the carpet. It was very unsafe and it seems there was technically issues.
