They're all lumpy, taste awful, you need milk mixed in just to wash them down, and most of them have an incredibly high carb intake. This shake is light, tasty, mixes well and very easily! No lumps, ever! The nutritional value is amazing. I can use it as a meal replacement or even just a snack and I don't have to worry about massive sugar and carb intake. I've used this for weight-loss and it's been an incredible addition to my diet. I can drink it with just water and the flavour is still delicious. I highly recommend chocolate flavours, which I wouldn't normally do with other brands.
