I have really bad lactose intolerance and lactose pills only lessen the discomfort, not the bloating. When I saw the reviews for this I was so excited to start the product. I followed the instructions and was cautious not to consume too much, so I started with a grilled cheese sandwich. Unfortunately, it didn’t work. I’ll say that did notice a delay in symptoms but by the time it reached my lower intestines the cramping, gas and diarrhea still occurred. Huge disappointment and I would like my money back but I don’t have any product to return unfortunately.
