Or do you have to use the whole thing at once..?** A: The lightstrips can be cut between each zone (~4.9"). Once cut, the lightstrip can not be re-attached. **Q: Will this work with the harry potter caster wand?** A: Yes, it will. But you should know that the Magic Caster app currently does not allow deivce connections for anyone under a certain age (I think 12 or 14). We sent back and found another bundle. ### ⭐ Review *by J***E on April 5, 2024* Contacted Lifx support about an issue I was facing with my lightstrip. Support was helpful at first and acknowledged there was a problem with my lights and that they were not working correctly. I performed all requested troubleshooting, but the issue persisted. I requested a replacement or additional troubleshooting steps to fix the broken light and at that point LIFX quit responding and has ignored me since. I have sent 3 follow up emails and it's been over a week now with no contact. Really sad that support doesn't stand behind their products or honor warranty claims.
