Arrived as a thick, almost greasy looking, white goo that stuck to the inside of the dropper. I emailed Eidon directly since this was my first order of Bone Support and didn't know, they said absolutely not, their products should never be like that and it probably got cold at some point...except that it wasn't that cold when it shipped to me. So it went in the trash and I ordered directly from Eidon. I have no idea if it works but definately a necessity since I only drink reverse osmosis water and minerals need to be replaced.
