Soft, held its shape and tastes so good! I’m always hesitant when baked goods have super clean ingredients because the taste is barely there or tastes like cardboard. Not these! These cookies are delicious and took the “edge” off my attitude from recently having to change my diet up for my newborn baby. No soy or dairy.. these cookies are helping everyone in the family LOL. I’ll be buying more as long as they keep the price where it’s at.

A very delicious gluten-free cookie. The texture is great. Mine didn’t come cracked like some of what I’ve seen. I however don’t have proof of this because they are in my belly.

As someone allergic to whey (milk protein) and Durum wheat, I don't need vegan food as much as I just need to avoid these two things. I hate how there's so little per pack, like every other allergy friendly brand, but these actually taste like real cookies. There's a bit of a grainy tasty if you rub the textures against your tongue, but it's negligible if you're pounding these down as a snack. I want to just eat in peace without getting sick to my stomach. I only wish they weren't so expensive.

Bought on and off in 2025 and early 2026— hoped to love in a family with diet, chewing, and swallowing problems. Flavor was generally vanilla cookie, nothingspecial, but that was fine. Texture and quality were all over, not related to expiration date, which was anywhere from a month to most of a year. All boxes arrived opened, but plastic puch inside was sealed. Some boxes were dry, hard, crunchy. Some so soft and moist, that we had ti check if they were baked at all, and they were. We need soft every time, so prob will look for other brands.
