This is the best pillow I've ever owned. I have neck nerve damage from a car accident and have tried many pillows to avoid waking up with neck, headache, or shoulder pain. This one has been a game-changer. I was hesitant about memory foam pillows with chunks, but this one has smaller foam pieces mixed with fluffy fibers, making it comfortable. The curved design helps ease my shoulder pain. It's high quality, odor-free, and comes with a travel bag. I adjusted the stuffing easily by unzipping the cover without a mess. The pillow has held up well over time. After hours of research, I chose this one, and the price was great for the comfort it provides. I'm glad I took a chance on it. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PILLOW!

This pillow has been amazing. I am a side sleeper, and so this has been a game changer for my neck. No pain in the morning. Very comfortable, right thickness, keeps its shape, not too firm. This is actually the perfect height for side sleepers so comfortable.

This pillow is not bad. It is a nice feature to be able to adjust the amount of stuffing, but I will say over the time I’ve had this pillow the volume has definitely decreased. If you want something better than a standard pillow without spending a lot of money on a fancy one, this might be a good option because of its versatility.

I’ve been using this pillow for about a week now and it really has helped me get a better nights sleep. It has provided my neck support while still being comfortable. There was very little smell and you can just wash the cover easily. It comes with some extra foam pieces if you want it firmer. It’s a good value for the money and it seems to be a good quality pillow. It’s durable and holds its shape. The pamphlet that comes with it is quite comical. Someone did a very poor job of proofreading it!

I have had trouble finding the right pillow for me for a long time. Have had issues with my neck and shoulders and just had 2 level disk replacement surgery on my neck and none of my pillows were comfy or supportive enough after. So I found this pillow and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! The moment I laid my head on it I melted into it and knew right away this was the pillow I have been needing all along. It's already the perfect firmness and height for back sleeping for me. The shoulder cutout is so nice, no irritating my shoulders anymore. The best part.... I wake up with hardly any pain even after having surgery! Literally a life saving pillow right here! I look forward to going to bed now instead of dreading having to fight with finding the right pillow... now I just lay my head down and Im out. And no waking up! Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE customer service. Trying to understand the pamphlet included with the pillow is laughable. Simple question of how to add the compressed filling to the pillow without it being lopsided or lumpy after them stating to contact them to ‘fine tune’ could not be answered. The pillow is extremely soft, no support, and has gotten even flatter after a week of use.

This pillow is super comfortable. The curve in the bottom has great neck support as a side sleeper. I love that this pillow comes with extra fill to make it firmer and thicker if you want. The fill is shredded memory foam which is a lot cooler than regular memory foam. The outer case is removable to wash. It is also super soft and quilted! You can fit a standard pillow case on it if you would like. The pillow comes all rolled up so you have to let it air out and fluff up for about 24 hours. It has a packaging smell but after 24 hours that is gone. This pillow is super affordable for the quality!

Looking for a good pillow for back sleeper to keep my shoulders down away from my neck. This pillow is more for side sleeper because the sides are too pointy and don't work to keep your shoulders from scrunching up around your neck when you are a back sleeper...maybe too wide to do this as well. I had to return because it didn't work for me.
